This application note describes an experiment to analyse the influence of various commercially available cell culture surfaces on the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes within 384 well clear bottom microplates frequently used for high-content and high-throughput screening. The Greiner Bio-One Advanced TC™ surface displayed the highest cell growth and differentiation rate.
