Reveleris® iES System Purification of Conjugated Quercetin with Rutinose is Fast and Productive

This application note shows that using the rapid Reveleris® iES flash chromatography system sugar impurities from rutin can be isolated and purified. The RevealX™ technology separates close eluting peaks, differentiating between all the components during isolation. Flavanol glycoside Rutin has been used in dietary supplements as Vitamin P, as an antioxident and to reduce pain and intraocular pressure.
