Relative Gene Expression Analysis Using Thermo Scientific PikoReal Real-Time PCR System and Solaris Gene Expression Reagents

In this application note, the utility of Thermo Scientific reagents and real-time instruments for the RT-qPCR workflow in a RNA interference (RNAi) experiment to study relative gene expression is described. The results show reproducibility among reagents, researchers and laboratories for gene expression results from targeted gene knockdown using Solaris™ qPCR Gene Expression reagents and the PikoReal 96 Real-Time PCR System as well as five commercially available real-time instruments.
