Rapid Quantification of Trace Levels of Perfluorinated Compounds

This application note describes a rapid and sensitive method for the analysis of trace levels of perfluorinated compounds in water. Utilizing an optimized ACQUITY UPLC® solution, including a PFC isolator column and solid-phase extraction for sample enrichment, LOQs as low as 0.1 ppt can be achieved.
