6 Nov 2012

Aflatoxins are mycotoxins that are extremely carcinogenic and acutely toxic. In this application note from Shimadzu a complete workflow for the preparation, quantitation and identification of aflatoxins is presented. After pretreatment using an immunoaffinity column, quantitation was performed using a HPLC method and identification was achieved using an LC/MS system.
