Quantification of Artificial Sweeteners in Diet Colas using an Agilent 1260 Infinity Binary LC System with UV Detection

This Application Note describes the simultaneous quantification of five artificial sweeteners, acesulfame K, aspartame, alitame, neotame, and saccharin in diet colas using an LC system. With the 60-mm Max-Light flow cell, all sweeteners could be detected at 210 nm.
