Qualitative Comparison of Wine Process Samples with UHPLC and Ultra-High Resolution TOFMS

In the present application poster, ultra-high resolution TOFMS with multiple reflections was utilized to generate fingerprints of several wines and their pre-harvest wine grape juices. A UHPLC method for analysis of wine samples was developed on the Citius LC-HRT.
