Proof of Concept for the Quantitation of Peptides in Human Plasma by Liquid Chromatography-Multiple Reaction Monitoring (LC-MRM)
20 June 2012

This work describes “proof of concept” data supporting sensitive and reproducible quantitative measurements of peptides in human plasma by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) coupled with stable isotope dilution (SID)-MS. To demonstrate the specificity, sensitivity, and reproducibility of an LC-MRM assay, peptides and internal standards were spiked into human serum albumin and IgG depleted plasma.
