NanoPro Assay: Crk-L
24 May 2011

This application note from Cell Biosciences assesses the level of Crk-L phosphorylation in K562 cells in response to Imatinib (commonly known as Gleevec®) treatment. Crk-like protein (Crk-L) is an adapter protein and phosphotyrosine-containing substrate, shown to activate the RAS and JUN kinase signalling pathways and transform fibroblasts in a RAS-dependent fashion. Protein phosphorylation states are quantitatively analysed using a immunoassay platform.
