This white paper discusses a technique to count multiple color bacteria. ColonyDoc-IT™ Imaging Station is used to capture colony images, differentiate between ß-glucuronidase positive (blue) bacteria and negative (yellow) bacteria, showing detailed counts of each colour and percentage populations.
