High-Throughput, Low Volume, siRNA Screening - the latest release of application highlights from Labcyte Inc. describe a complete RNA inhibition workflow, from transfection to the addition of assay reagents with the Echo® liquid handler; standalone or integrated into the POD™ automation platform. Results show reproducible knockdown of gene expression after transfection and excellent correlation of cell viability across repeat transfections, while only requiring 50 nl of siRNA sample.
