Improved LC/MS/MS Analysis of Gabapentin in Plasma using a Kinetex® 2.6µm Core-Shell C18 Column following Protein Precipitation

This technical note describes a simple and fast method for the analysis of therapeutic levels of gabapentin in plasma. The LC/MS/MS analysis of gabapentin in plasma is achieved in less than 2 minutes using a Kinetex 2.6µm core-shell column following protein precipitation using trichloroacetic acid for sample clean up.
