Imaging of a Diamond Film, Carbon Nanotubes and Graphene with Confocal Raman and Atomic Force Microscopy

This application note presents three studies which demonstrate the imaging capabilities of confocal Raman and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Confocal Raman and AFM were used to analyze a polycrystalline diamond film deposited on silicon, individual bundles of single-wall carbon nanotubes, as well as single and multi-layers of Graphene.
