Immunofluorescence uses the recognition of cellular targets by fluorescent dyes or antigen specific antibodies coupled to fluorophores. Alvetex^® Scaffold can be easily processed (PFA Fixation and Paraffin Wax Embedding) like a standard tissue sample, allowing established immunofluorescence methods to be followed with excellent results.
