Higher Resolution Separation of Organic Acids and Common Inorganic Anions in Wine
3 May 2011

The method described in this application note shows a high resolution separation of the organic acids and inorganic acids found in wine. This approach is applied to the separation and detection of organic acids and inorganic anions in four red and white wine samples. Ion chromatography (IC) with suppressed conductibility detection is an excellent way to separate a large variety of organic acids and detect them with high sensitivity along with inorganic anions.
