Protein expression in plants is affected by many factors. For instance, in specific environmental conditions, some proteins are under or over-expressed by certain plants or in certain plant organs. In this application note, the objective is the fast screening of Tobacco plants to select the best producers of a recombinant protein used for allergic patients’ desensitization.
