Next generation sequencing has revolutionized the field of genetics. With the emergence of personalized medicine, the application of DNA sequencing is continuing to develop for screening approaches and treatment decisions. The authors of this application note evaluated a series of dilutions prepared using B-Raf (V600E/+) genetically defined standard package to investigate the limits of mutation detection.
