Effective HPLC Separation of Catecholamines on Newly Developed HILIC Phase

This application note presents an effective separation of catecholamines on the newly developed NUCLEODUR® HILIC. Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography (HILIC) is shown to be an efficient alternative to Reversed Phase or Ion Pair Chromatography, as HILIC phases run with less concentrated, LC-MS compatible buffers.
