Scientists from Thermo Fisher Scientific have designed a cell-based workflow to efficiently test chemicals for the ability to activate redistribution GFP-tagged steroid receptors estrogen receptor alpha (ER) and androgen receptor (AR). The Thermo Scientific Endocrine Profile Panel and ToxInsight CHPS Platform simplifies endocrine disruptor screening workflows during highthroughput in vitro testing and provides a more in-depth evaluation of receptor activity for potential endocrine activity risk assessment.
