Determination of sucralose and fructose in food and beverages by HPTLC

Sucralose is a low-calorie sweetener, 600 times sweeter than sugar. It is made from sugar and can be used in a wide variety of products, including beverages, baked goods, desserts, dairy products, canned fruits, syrups and condiments. This application note uses HPTLC to quantify sucralose in different foods and beverages.
