Determination of Multi-Residue Tetracyclines Using HPLC

Tetracyclines are probably the most frequently used antibiotics in animal husbandry. In this paper, a high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric (HPLC /MS/MS) method is developed for the simultaneous determination of 10 antibiotic residues in milk and animal tissues.
