Detection of Volatile Organic Compounds in Polluted Air by an Agilent Mini Thermal Desorber and an Agilent 5975T LTM GC/MS
16 Jan 2013

Identification and quantification of a wide range of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in air pollutants is one of the most important environmental mobile lab tasks. In particular, a fast responding mobile solution from sampler to detector with a small size and low power consumption is highly desirable for on-site air pollutant analysis. This application not demonstrates that the Agilent 7667A Mini Thermal Desorber and an Agilent 5975T LTM GC/MS have the required mobility and superior chemical performance to analyze air pollutants.
