This application note describes the use of Corona CAD for the measurement of saccharin contained in the artificial sweetener, Sweet'N Low (a mixture of saccharin, dextrose [glucose], sodium bitartrate and calcium silicate). This method shows an example of an analyte that possesses a weak chromophore.
