Confirmation of Drugs of Abuse in Pseudo Drug Mixes Using UHPLC-ESI TOF MS

In this scientific poster ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled to electrospray time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-ESI TOF MS) is used to analyze cocaine, procaine, and morphine in pseudo drug mixtures. The high resolution and exact mass capabilities of a TOF mass spectrometer enable the identity of drugs of abuse in complex mixtures to be rapidly confirmed.
