Concanavalin A Column for Analysis of Glycoproteins and Their Tryptic Glycopeptides

This application note describes the how glycopeptides and glycoproteins can be efficiently isolated from complex samples using the Thermo Scientific HPLC-compatible ProSwift ConA-1S Affinity Column. The Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 x2 Dual Biocompatible Analytical LC system can be employed to automate the entire process. Identification of the glycopeptides captured by the ProSwift ConA-1S Affinity Column can be achieved by using a single quadrupole mass spectrometer.
