CO2 Incubator Sterilization method with 90ºC Moist Heat Decontamination

In this application note, Esco validate the Swiftcon 90ºC moist heat decontamination cycle of the Celculture CO₂ Incubator by performing decontamination tests on 5 bacterial suspension preparations, including Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis. After decontamination, the microbial suspension discs were placed on tubes containing PBS which were assayed by culturing methods to quantitate Total Viable Count at each location.
