Tools to measure the fluctuation of 1,000s of genes across 100s or 1,000s of cells have previously not been available. This technical note from Fluidigm demonstrates that with the introduction of BioMark™ dynamic arrays, scientists have the tools to implement single cell-analysis by real-time PCR.
