Analysis of Verapamil on Dried Blood Spot Cards

In this application note direct analysis of Dried Blood Spot (DBS) cards with the LAESI DP-
1000 is demonstrated. The detectable amount of verapamil on DBS was comparable to that of solvent-extracted samples analyzed by LAESI-MS and MALDI-TOF-MS.
