This note presents a HPLC-FLD method which was developed and validated for the determination of sixteen PAHs in soil. The method employs a QuEChERS multi-residue sample prep procedure adopted from the Association of Analytical Communities (AOAC) official method 2007.01 for extraction and cleanup.
