This application note demonstrates how deltaDOT’s LFII™ (Label Free Intrinsic Imaging) technology coupled with CE (Capillary Electrophoresis) platform can be used to assess the fragmentation pattern and post-translational modifications of IgG. The same strategy may be applied in assessing the stability and efficacy of biopharmaceutical rMAbs.
