Analysis of Emu Oils Using Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography—Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry

This study provides preliminary characterization of emu oils of different “potency” with the objective of correlating composition and activity. Fragment ion spectra are generated using MSc2 technology and public access metabolite databases are utilized to confirm the analytes identification.
