Analysis of Drug Substances in Headache Medicines with the PerkinElmer Flexar FX-15 System Equipped with a PDA Detector

This application note presents a modified USP method for the analysis of aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine using a superficially porous particle column and a PerkinElmer^® UHPLC platform. The changes to the USP method are intended to increase the throughput and reduce the solvent consumption.
