Read this poster to learn about the characterization of cardiomyocyte differentiation from murine embryonic stem cells. The cell cultivation system with the BioRAPTR FRD and the Biomek FXP provides a fully automated solution to grow and differentiate embryonic stem cells in a plate-based format eliminating hanging drop differentiation. The workflow on the Biomek NXP Span-8 Automation Workstation includes fixation, permeabilization, blocking, and antibody staining in a 96-well plate format for high throughput flow cytometry sample preparation.
