Agilent HaloPlex Target Enrichment System: Design and Analysis of Clinical Research Panels

In this application note HaloPlex, a simple target enrichment protocol that can be used to capture genomic regions of interest for clinical research, is described. Custom panels can be designed quickly and easily with SureDesign from Agilent. Results described here demonstrate the high performance of the HaloPlex assay to capture regions of interest.
