4.5 Minute Analysis of Benzodiazepines in Urine and Whole Blood

Benzodiazepines are widely used to treat anxiety and sleep disorders such as restless leg syndrome. They can be analyzed by either GC/MS or LC/MS/MS, although GC/MS methods are more time consuming and labor intensive. This application note describes a 4.5 minute LC/MS/MS analysis, for efficient monitoring of a broad range of benzodiazepines at therapeutic levels.
