Prometheus NT.Plex Live Demonstration at PEGS Europe

This is a video of the live demonstration Dr Breitsprecher and Dr Kern gave of the Prometheus NT.Plex at PEGS Europe 2016. They begin with a presentation which explains the theory behind Nano Differential Scanning Fluorimetry, a method for measuring ultra-high resolution protein stability using intrinsic tryptophan or tyrosine fluorescence. This is followed by a live demonstration of loading samples into the instrument, running the analysis and using the software to analyzing the visualizing the data. The last part of the presentation covers biotech and biopharma applications of the nanoDSF technology.
