Evaluation of different multi residue extraction processes for extraction of pesticides from green tea, red tea, black tea and chamomile and analysis by GC‑MS/MS and LC‑MS/MS
11 Sep 2012

Three different and “well known” (QuECHERS, Ethyl Acetate and mini Luke) multi-residue methods were evaluated on tea samples fortified with 86 pesticides (insecticides, fungicides and herbicides). Due to matrix complexity some modifications in the extraction methods were considered. Analyses were performed by GC‑MS/MS and LC‑MS/MS.
