Metabolite identification requires confident assignment of drug-related components. This application note demonstrates the ability of the UNIFI® Collision Cross Section (CCS) Research Edition to process ion mobility (HDMS™) data in a routine, workflow-driven manner. It also shows the utility of ion mobility to allow complex samples to be understood without complication from unrelated interferences.
