"It is fast, reliable, clean and doesn't leave a lot of background on the blot. However, it was difficult to contact the manufacturer for support. It is not reusable but you don't need to use a lot."

NewBlot Western Blotting Stripping Buffers:
With NewBlot Stripping Buffers , you can strip and reprobe both fluorescent antibodies simultaneously. These buffers effectively remove antibodies, yet are gentle enough to retain immobilized proteins and you can strip blots at room temperature in 20 minutes or less without unpleasant odor. NewBlot Stripping Buffer formulas have been optimized for use with Odyssey nitrocellulose and Immobilon®-FL PVDF membranes. Reuse the same blot up to three times!
