This ToxReporter Cell Line is used in conjunction with the ToxReporter ELISA kit (cat# ETR-201K) for the measurement of ToxReporter protein secreted into cell culture media as a consequence of exposure to a potential toxin. The cell line has been designed to respond to stimuli that induce cellular stress response pathways. Examples of stressful stimuli include compounds in drug discovery and organic or inorganic molecules potentially requiring environmental monitoring.
