TOPAZ Screening Chips
TOPAZ screening chips enable protein crystallization by free interface diffusion (FID)—a slow, gradual mixing of protein and reagent. FID is made possible by NanoFlex™ valves, which enable precision handling of experiment components within the chip. Presented in this easy-to-use, nanoscale format, FID can be used to screen 96 conditions with 1 microliter of protein sample. Results are typically seen within 7 days at room temperature.
