The stemCXP SYSTEM provides the first fully automated Windows*-based device for the simultaneous identification and enumeration of CD45+ and CD45+/CD34+ hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) populations from fresh peripheral or mobilized peripheral whole blood, fresh bone marrow, fresh and thawed apheresis products and cord blood. The stemCXP SYSTEM follows the ISCT (International Society for Cellular Therapy, formerly ISHAGE) guidelines.
