"Very reliable, accurate and worth its costs and values"
Simple, short, minimal hands-on protocol is suitable for automation and provides a high-throughput solution. Grow cells to desired density, transfer up to 105 cells to wells of a PCR plate, add lysis solution, and incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes. Heat for 5 minutes at 37°C and then for 5 minutes at 75°C. The lysate is ready for RT-qPCR or can be stored for future use.
Kits are available in SYBR® Green or probe chemistries. A cell lysis kit is also offered as a stand-alone option.
