The scanning service is designed to accommodate FAST Quant® and Serum Biomarker Chip customers who do not have access to a scanning device to read the slides.
The scanning service will produce .tif images within two working days from receipt of the slides. The images are transferred to the customer via a secure FTP site, after notification of availability by email.
How to Order To order the FAST Quant scanning service, simply choose the appropriate item number and place an order with S&S Customer Service.
S&S will send you a Scanning Service pack including:
Shipping container(s) designed to transport the slides safely A prepaid FedEx clinical pack for shipping the slides Simple step-by-step instructions on how to pack and ship the slides
