"I think the instrument is a great value for money since there are no other sorters at that price (Sony, BD, Beckman Coulter, Tyto). Since I am still in the process of purchasing it I cannot really say about after sales care, but the before sales care is a little bit slow and not very accurate. I went to several talks and learned as much as I could from the literature about this instrument and I am very experienced in the field of flow cytometry, so I believe that it will be ok. Since there is no other sorter in my town and the money I have is not enough for any other sorter I decided to take this risk. I believe that such instruments have been on the market for a long time now, and they must be robust and reliable. I am not sure about the service and after sale care but I believe that I'll be able to solve the problems if and when they arrive. The guarantee time is 2 years. "
