"The HCD cell allows fragmentation patterns useful to differentiate between isomers. Really effective for lipidomic analysis. Really easy to use, the change the ion source and the software. You have multiple options, including switching polarities, which is really useful and save time in lipidomic works. I would highly recommend it. "
