AssayMetrics' new PURETIME fluorescent dyes cover the UV-NIR spectral range. PURETIME UV dyes have a fluorescence lifetime of 325ns and are available as NHS esters for protein and peptide labelling. PURETIME visible dyes have lifetimes from 14ns to 22ns and are also functionalised for labelling. PURETIME NIR dyes are bright and have fluorescence lifetimes of 1,3 and 5ns. The NIR dyes are not functionalised, but are suited to cell-based experiments.
