"This product is one of the most extensively used instruments in our lab every day. We have had this instrument in our lab for the last several years and it is working well. The best part of this instrument is the after-sales support which is great. The technical support is freely available even after 10 years of purchase on phone without any extra charges. So I am perfectly satisfied with the support."

"The p-1000 micropipette puller is easy to use. You do need to adjust the values to have the appropriate tip size for the pipette. Expensive but worth it."

"The touch screen is a great new addition for easy navigation of programs. However, the placement of pipette tips can be difficult to access for people with larger fingers. Also, the filament is very fragile and easy to hit, which alters the calibration of the machine."
