"Over all the Optima 8x00 series is easy to use and gives reproducible and reliable results. The after care service has both been reliable and expedient! My only gripe with PE and many other instrument designers is that they charge you an exuberant amount to upgrade the software."

"Very efficient, less downtime. Very user friendly. Single injection can analyze multiple minerals. After sales service is great, responds to any queries or questions within a few hours. In operation since 2011 still performs as per the manufacturers and our specification. Very cost efficient, has a longer usage of the quartz torch, and gas usage can be optimized."
