Vacuum/Heated slab gel dryers can accommodate any size of gel, up to either 45 x 34cm, or the large format 50 x 40cm. Multiple small format gels can be dried at the same time. The drying temperature can be set between ambient and 90degreeC and regulated to +/-2degreeC, and the drying time set up to 5 hours in 1 minute steps. Dries 33 x 50cm sequencing gels in as little as 30 minutes.
